Kelly –If it weren’t for your cheerful voice when you answer a phone call, I don’t know how the business would survive! You are so warm and understanding.

As for Jeff –Also with a smile on his face answering a panic “I have no cool air” call as quickly as possible. I don’t know how you keep up with it especially in 110 degree weather!!

Why do things always happen on the weekend or at night instead of during normal daily hours? Thanks again for always responding so quickly when something fails on the air conditioning.

I have used LJ Refrigeration in every home I have lived in. Typically, I have an “emergency” – a dinner party for 12 and the a/c stopped working in that end of the house. I have NEVER been told that I had to wait until the next day. They come when needed, are fast, efficient, fair and friendly. They are also neat, which counts a lot to me. I don’t want to clean up after my service person has left. Always a smile – even with bad news. And when I had to replace units, it was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend any “service provider” with which I have dealt with higher marks than I give Jeff at LJ Refrigeration.
